Emergency mechanical ventilator
Emergency mechanical ventilator developed in Peru during the COVID-19 pandemic. With over US$850,000 in investment from leading Peruvian companies and recognition by MIT as the world leader in clinical evidence, MASI was deployed in 18 hospitals and produced more than 300 units.
Medical oxygen concentrator
The first medical oxygen concentrator developed entirely in Peru. With US$250,000 in funding from Peruvian banks and the government, it was published in HardwareX Journal, evaluated by UNICEF for Amazonian communities, and recognized as part of the national technological response to the oxygen crisis.
